Limerick Courthouse

2017 saw extensive redevelopment to the Irish courts, with Woodfit providing fit-outs at four locations, Limerick, Cork, Drogheda and Mullingar.

In Limerick Courts, Woodfit worked with BAM Ireland and Wilson Architecture to manufacture and install wall panelling, acoustic panelling, fire doors, glazed screens and fitted and free-standing furniture across the facilities’ courtrooms and circulation areas.
The Woodfit Fineline Acoustic slat system in solid White Oak was integrated with plain veneered panelling to control reverberation and provide a warm, minimalist aesthetic. Fire doors were integrated with the panelling to further enhance the simple, uniform style.
