Cork Courthouse

Cork Courts was the largest of four court projects undertaken by Woodfit across 2017 and 2018.

The cork development saw the renovation of the historical “Model School” building, along with a new build and a connection between the two structures. Fitout elements including panelling, acoustics, and furniture were designed by Wilson Architecture and manufactured by Woodfit in European White Oak.

Woodfits Fineline Acoustic solid timber slat system provided acoustic absorption to help to control reverberation in the both the court rooms and circulations areas.
