The DECKMETAL woven mesh ceiling panels are available in standard sheets of 600 x 600mm. They are removable and the different perforations give different textures and appearance. The shapes of the plates give them great strength and edge support. The degree of perforation varies between 45% and 55%. They are available in galvanized steel and aluminium.
The degree of transparency of the plates promotes sound absorption by placing square panels of rock wool on the inside, with optional black or white veil. The sound absorption coefficient and Sabine coefficient for a given frequency is the relationship between energy absorbed and energy incident on a surface. This value ranges between 0 and 1.
The weighted sound absorption coefficient (w) is a unique value for the instantaneous coefficient (s). Also varies between 0 and 1 and acoustically helps us to classify the material. The ceilings range values of the coefficient reaches very high depending on the density and thickness acoustic material which combines, are achieved sound absorption class A, B or C depending on the needs of the project. The acoustic absorption measurements were performed in a reverberation room according to the UNE-EN20354: 1994

Electrostatic application of powder epoxy-polyester quality.
standard colours: white and metallic gray.

Anodized
Anodized aluminium plates with glossy and matte finish.
Standard colours: natural, white, gray, black, blue and gold.

PROFILES
DECKMETAL metal plates are installed in standard exposed grid systems in T (T15 and T24 series model dependent).
The suspension system can have different finishes, allowing a wide variety of colour combinations.
